    Dissolve REEs (Nd, Pr, Dy) from magnets with 80-95% recovery, minimizing non-REEs like Fe and Cu.

    Separate REEs from non-REEs, isolate individual REEs, and convert to high-purity oxides (>99.5%).

    Metallization & Refining

    Convert oxides to metals and refine to >99.99% purity using calcium reduction and zone refining.
